Exploring the Future of AI in Arbitration — eBRAM at the CIArb Breakfast Seminar

How close are we to having an AI Tribunal Secretary⚖? Should we have one at all? And what ethical and technical challenges must be addressed before taking that leap?

These timely questions took center stage at the breakfast seminar “AI Agent as a Tribunal Secretary: Are We There Yet?” co-hosted by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) East Asia and Brazil Branches on 3 April 2025.



Mr. Albert Leung, Acting CEO and Chief Technology Officer of eBRAM , was invited as one of the panel speakers. He shared eBRAM’s latest initiatives in the LawTech space, particularly how AI can support arbitration processes.
