eBRAM and Hainan International Arbitration Court signed Memorandum of Understanding

eBRAM is pleased to announce that Mr Alex Fan, Chairman of Hainan International Arbitration Court, and eBRAM’s CEO Mr. Daniel Lam, SBS, JP, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on 20 November 2020.



Mr Alex Fan and Mr Danial Lam, SBS, JP both look forward to strengthening the collaborations between the two organizations, and further developing arbitration in Hong Kong and China in a more convenient and cost-effective way for dispute resolution.
