eBRAM provides unique online dispute resolution service and tasks itself to elevate Hong Kong’s arbitration and mediation services and build capacity to meet the rapidly expanding demand for dispute resolution services across borders by utilizing innovative technologies to enable the city to become a LawTech center and hub for international business dispute avoidance and resolution through Deal-Making Portal and ODR platforms, in collaboration with global organizations and participating economies such as the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), Belt-and-Road countries and beyond.

The CEO/Secretary-General is eBRAM’s principal officer, responsible for leading and managing the development and operation of the eBRAM ODR and Deal Making Platforms, as well as the other LawTech products, and will assume the overall executive and financial responsibility of the entity to ensure achievement of its objectives.
