On 28 August 2023, Dr Thomas So, JP, Chairman of eBRAM, welcomed members of the Legislative Council and the Panel members on the Administration of Justice and Legal Services to the eBRAM office for an overview of the ODR, LawTech, and Deal-Making portals followed by a live demonstration of the ODR platform with the functional features on AI machine translation, e-signing, videoconferencing which supported by data encrypted secured storage and blockchain on file management.
