eBRAM announces the New Board of Directors Composition

(Hong Kong, 29 August 2022) eBRAM International Online Dispute Resolution Centre Limited (“eBRAM”) is pleased to announce that a new Board of Directors was formed following eBRAM’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) held on 23 June 2022.
 
Dr Thomas S.T. So was reappointed as Chairman of eBRAM and Mr Ronald K.N. Sum was appointed Vice Chairman. In addition, Mr Amirali B. Nasir and Ms Sabrina S.Y. Ho were appointed as directors.
 
The Board expressed sincere gratitude to the three retired members, namely Mr Nicholas H.Y. Chan, Ms Winnie W.C. Tam, SC and Mr Robert C. Rhoda, for their dedication and unwavering support to eBRAM in the past years.
