eBRAM recently visited the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission 广州仲裁委员会 (GZAC) and the International Arbitration Center for Commerce and Digital Economy of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (粤港澳大湾区国际商务与数字经济仲裁中心) to exchange views on the future development of cross-border dispute resolution and digital arbitration.

The eBRAM delegation, comprising Ir Albert Leung FCIArb FHKIArb MHKIoD MHKIE MIET CEng PMP®, Acting Chief Executive Officer; Yiwen (Wenny) Huang, FCIArb, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Secretary General, was warmly received by Ms Xie Yongling (谢泳泠女士), Director, and Ms Zou Yanju (邹艳珏女士), Deputy Director, of the Arbitration Centre.

Building on the longstanding partnership between eBRAM and GZAC, both parties held discussions on digital dispute resolution, cross-border commercial disputes, international arbitration, and the application of LawTech in arbitration, mediation, and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR). They also exchanged views on strengthening collaboration to support the growing demand for efficient, accessible, and internationally recognised dispute resolution services across the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

As an APEC-recognised ODR Provider under the APEC Collaborative Framework for Online Dispute Resolution, eBRAM remains committed to working with regional partners to advance digital dispute resolution, promote the wider adoption of arbitration, mediation, and LawTech, and contribute to the continued development of an internationally connected dispute resolution ecosystem in the Greater Bay Area.
