Continuing eBRAM’s Greater Bay Area (GBA) journey, Dr. Thomas So JP, Chairman of eBRAM; Mr. Albert Leung, Chief Technology Officer of eBRAM; and Mr. Jacob Sin, ODR Director of eBRAM, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Huizhou Arbitration Commission on 4 June 2024. This collaborative agreement signifies our joint dedication to promoting online dispute resolution and increasing access to justice in the Hong Kong SAR, Huizhou, and the GBA.

This takes us closer to eBRAM’s vision of leveraging collective dispute resolution industry expertise in the GBA by establishing a cooperative platform for legal and dispute resolution professionals to facilitate knowledge sharing and smooth collaboration on cross-border disputes. eBRAM continues to foster increasing cooperation with local institutions and those in the GBA.
