On 19 October 2023, members of the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission and eBRAM convened to exchange insights and expertise in dispute resolution where eBRAM provided a live demonstration of the ODR platform and the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission related their experiences in dispute resolution in China. The two organisations are eagerly looking ahead to further collaborating and engaging in reciprocal training visits.
