Secretary for Justice signs MoU with Chairman of eBRAM

The Secretary for Justice, Ms Teresa Cheng, SC (second right), signed a Memorandum of Understanding today (May 18) with the Chairman of eBRAM International Online Dispute Resolution Centre, Mr Nicholas Chan (second left), on the COVID-19 Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Scheme. The Scheme will engage eBRAM to provide ODR services to the general public and businesses, in particular micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, involved in low value disputes arising from or relating to COVID-19.
