eBRAM proudly announces that its COVID-19 Platform, a collaborative work with Logistics and Supply Chain MultiTech R&D Centre, was given a Bronze Medal at "Special Edition 2022: Invention Geneva Evaluation Days". eBRAM is an innovative partner of LSCM in this project.
The International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva (IEIG) is a remarkable annual global event that aims to promote the convergence of inventions and innovations. This year's event entitled "Special Edition 2022: Invention Geneva Evaluation Days" attracted 780 inventions from 25 countries and regions.

Mediation Week 2022 - Secondary School Peer Mediation Competition (Semi-Final)

eBRAM is pleased to offer technical support as a Technical Sponsor to the Semi-final of the Secondary School Peer Mediation Competition in Mediation Week 2022, which was jointly organised by the Department of Justice, Education Bureau, Joint Mediation Helpline Office, and Rotary District 3450. During the competition, students from four schools acted as young mediators. The young mediators displayed their peer mediation skills to compete for the seats in the finals on 2 May during the Mediation Week 2022.

UNCITRAL Working Group III Forum on Investment Mediation

Co-organised by UNCITRAL, the Department of Justice, and the Asian Academy of International Law, the UNCITRAL Working Group III on ISDS Reform, themed "Forum for Further Preparatory Work on Investment Mediation", was held on 5 May.

"SHAC Inspires" SHAC Academy Evening Talk Series

Seminar on "A New Chapter to Arbitration in Hong Kong: Outcome Related Fee Structures Arbitration"

The Department of Justice, China Legal Service (HK) Limited, the In-house Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong, and the HKCEA Legal Affairs Steering Committee will jointly organise a hybrid seminar themed "A New Chapter to Arbitration in Hong Kong: Outcome Related Fee Structures for Arbitration" on 19 May 2022.
Focusing on the Arbitration and Legal Practitioners Legislation Bill 2022, organisers invited speakers to discuss how Outcome Related Fee Structures for Arbitration will change the arbitration landscape in Hong Kong and how can clients and lawyers better utilise the ORFSA from the perspective of Arbitration users.
