eBRAM Virtual Open Day 2021

13 December 2021

eBRAM will organise its first Virtual Open Day on 13 December from 2pm to 4:30pm for promoting online dispute resolution and LawTech.

The event comprises a half-day webinar with a virtual tour, a free service trial and two-panel discussions on the theme "Building Agility in the Digital New Normal", featuring the "LawTech adoption in the post-COVID era" and "The APEC Collaborative Framework for ODR: Opportunities and Challenges". World-renowned legal practitioners and academics will share their insights on the development of LawTech and cross-border online dispute resolution and deal making services in the post-pandemic era.

eBRAM is proud to be one of the organisers, together with the Department of Justice of the HKSAR Government and Asian Academy of International Law ("AAIL") of the Side Event of the 59th Annual Session of the AALCO Annual Meeting on Dispute Settlement – Online Dispute Resolution (ODR).

Distinguished speakers from Hong Kong and overseas were invited to share their valuable insights on the ODR development and its opportunities and challenges for Hong Kong and AALCO's member states.

Jointly organised by the Asian Academy of International Law and the Chinese Society of International Law, the 2021 Colloquium on International Law webinar introduced the development of international trade law in the [post]-pandemic era and how LawTech helps in the quest for common codes in effective dispute resolution.

Hong Kong Maritime Week

eBRAM is delighted to support the "Maritime Dispute Resolution in Hong Kong: Current and Future" Legal Forum co-organised by the Department of Justice of the HKSAR Government and the Hong Kong and Mainland Legal Profession Association during the Hong Kong Maritime Week.
