Appointment of CEO

1 September 2021

eBRAM is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Pui-ki Emmanuelle Ta as the Chief Executive Officer of eBRAM, effective 13 September 2021.

Ms Emmanuelle Ta joins eBRAM from the position of Counsel of the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration - Asia Office based in Hong Kong. She was also one of the founding members of the ICC Court's Secretariat's first overseas case management team in Hong Kong. Prior to that, Ms Emmanuelle Ta worked as deputy counsel at the Secretariat of the ICC Court in Paris. Please click here to view the full press release.

Signing of MOU and cooperative agreement with SCIA at Shenzhen

6 September 2021

eBRAM signed an MOU and a cooperative agreement with Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) in Shenzhen on 6 September. SCIA and eBRAM pledged to promote ODR together in the Greater Bay Area and look forward to further collaboration.
